Arcade style racing game
After the success I had writing a Mario clone in Java, I decided to take on a larger game project which also happened to be one of my favourite SNES games growing up: Rock 'n Roll Racing. This game includes upgradable cars, different levels, hundreds of track designs, and a complex system of cars, projectiles, powerups, mines, and track hazards. The game uses Java Graphics2D and has some nice techniques including a model-view-controller layout, and field injection.
